Calling all vendors!

I hope this letter finds you well.  We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Molena's Big Footstomp, a vibrant celebration of music, community, and patriotism.  As part of our commitment to creating an unforgettable event, we invite local vendors and musicians to be an integral part of this special occasion.

Event Details:

Date:  July 13, 2024

Time:  10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Location:  Downtown Molena, GA

Why Participate?

  • Exposure: The festival attracts a diverse audience, providing an excellent opportunity for vendors to showcase their products and services.
  • Community Engagement: Connect with the local community and build lasting relationships.
  • Fun Atmosphere: Enjoy live music, food, and entertainment throughout the day.

Vendor Opportunities: We are seeking vendors in the following categories:

  • Musicians
  • Food and Beverage
  • Arts and Crafts
  • Clothing and Accessories
  • Unique Pet items
  • Nature-themed
  • Patriotic Themed
  • Artisan items
  • Wildlife Art and Decor: Showcase beautiful wildlife paintings, sculptures, or home decor items inspired by nature
  • Eco-Friendly Products: Some items in this category could include reusable bamboo utensils, organic cotton clothing, or handmade beeswax wraps.
  • Pet Supplies and Accessories: Pet-related vendors can provide products such as pet toys, leashes, collars, and even pet-themed apparel. Many festival attendees are pet lovers, so these offerings can attract a dedicated audience.  There are typically dogs in attendance, so we enjoy catering to them.
  • Nature-Inspired Crafts: Handmade crafts using natural materials—such as wooden birdhouses, pressed flower art, or botanical prints—can resonate with attendees who appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.
